Pleasanton, CA – Active Club Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of DTC solutions (Mobile Winery POS, club software, ecommerce, website design) since 2003, and is pleased to welcome Susan Ostroski to the team, in a new role for the company, as Implementation Specialist.
As Implementation Specialist for Active, Susan will perform a broad range of software implantation and data management and migration projects pertaining to the new client’s winery or distillery. She will be identifying requirements and business processes to developing a mapping implementation plan for success of the new Active client on-boarding. Essentially, Susan’s talent is to help map out what the new clients “were” doing at their winery or distillery to what they “will be” doing on the new system.
“I love to travel, be creative, take pictures, ride my bike and spend time with my dogs! Professionally speaking, I love to find an artistic solution for any problems or challenges that may arise. With many years in the technical side of things in various industries I have spent much of my career in software implantation and data migration management. To me helping with the transition from the old to the new is satisfying when you can help take a company from one software system to another with minimal bumps in the road, says Ostroski.”
Susan Ostroski joins Active Club Solutions after many years working a variety of roles in the semi-conductor, medical, SEO company and wine industries. Throughout her career Susan has taken her skill sets through various industries but more recently within the wine business; first as tasting room employee, to then become the tasting room manager. Susan has a unique understanding and experience when it comes to the winery or distillery tasting room transitioning to a new sales software system.
She has earned an associate degree in Art from Las Positas College, but her strength lies in her continuing education in computer information systems. Susan’s experience focuses on analysis, research, business reporting, data monitoring, model mapping, data formulation for migration and much more.
